I have absolutely loved this phone. But one month after warranty ran out (one year) now nothing on the screen will access. I touch the screen and nothing happens.I can pull up my last calls and call those people by using the buttons one happens to be voicemail but can't delete or save messages now. At&t no longer carrying the phone and I'm still in contract till Dec. Of this year.
Customer Rating: 3.5

I do not like that the phone only allows you yo talk about 15 minutes at a time. I do not like that the phone lock out so quick.
Customer Rating: 4.5

This is a good phone. I'm 6 foot 3 in tall, so its just a bit small for me even though its one of the larger data phones. The protective case makes it feel a little larger. Clicking on a link on the web is hard because the links show up very small. The speaker phone needs to be louder. Other than those things the phone is good.

The phone does come with a charger, but, if you are upgrading, you are agreeing to a new 2-year deal with AT&T.

How do I transfer photos from camera to computer using an SD card? My computer reads the card, but there appear to be no photos available. Where should I save the photos?

If you have pictures on your phone that you can't find on your SD card, my first suggestion would be to double check where your pictures are being stored after you take them. If they are being stored on your phone, rather than your SD card, you need to change that in order to find them when you plug the card into your computer.

There is a Mobile TV data feature that you would add on in addition to your voice plan. This feature starts at $15 and is called Data Unlimited

In order to connect the Vu to your pc, you must have a micro sd memory card loaded in the phone. Move any information you want from your phone or your pc via the micro sd card. Your pc will recognize your memory card as a mass storage device.

Can the security lock be unlocked so it doesn't keep locking while talking. In case you have to push a button while talking you have to unlock it again. I want to permanently have it unlocked.

It is likely that the card is malfunctioning. If you are within the first 30 days, please contact our customer service dep't for a replacement. If you are beyond the first 30 days, I would recommend contacting the memory card manufacturer to get a replacement card.

Unfortunately the LG Vu is incapable of setting a song as an alert for a text message. You can set it for incoming calls however.
